Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We cannot guarantee that we will removal all spots or stains.
There are spills that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age and type of Carpet material also factors into the success of complete removal. With over 40 years of experience we will try to determine the outcome of removal prior to cleaning but we are not always able determine this before trying to remove spots or stains.
How long does it take to clean my carpets?
On average, it will take about 4 to 12 minutes per room. This can vary depending on the amount of pretreatment need to address soil and spots. The amount of Furniture that will be moved and size of room being cleaned.
Do you move furniture when you clean carpet?
We will assist with moving various Furniture items.
However, some larger or delicate pieces such as China cabinets, pianos, electronics, large dressers may not be included. For more details, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your furniture moving needs.
What method do you use for carpet cleaning?
Our preferred method is truck-mounted hot water extraction, often referred to as steam cleaning. This method removes the most stubborn, toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently.
With our kid and pet safe speciality formulated pretreatment, we inject a deep rinse to remove dirt, allergens, spots and odors with powerful suction. It's the method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
Do I need to apply carpet protector after cleaning?
Carpet protector will add an additional layer to shield your carpet from dirt and spills. Protectors do not make dirt and spills disappear but it does give you extra time to clean it up before they penetrative the carpet fibers. Out trained technicians can advise you whether the addition cost for a protector is needed.
What is the best method to clean my carpet?
Every different method has some advantages. Most of the time whoever you talk to will say their method is the best to get more business. Franchise carpet cleaners only have one option and highlight their advantage even though another option is better suited for your specific needs.

Can all pet odors be removed?
We use an enzyme product to sanitize and digest organic odors such as vomit, feces, urine, blood, ect. The success of our enzyme application is extremely effective, as long as all known contaminated areas are treated and ample carpet penetration is achieved. If the odor source has saturated the backing, padding or subfloor we cannot guarantee complete odor removal.
How do your prices compare to your competition?

How long will it take for my carpet to dry after a carpet cleaning?
Drying time depends on different factors like carpet material, soil conditions, humidity, temperature and airflow. Dry time can range from 2-12 hours. While you can walk on damp carpet after cleaning, caution should be taken when transitioning to hard surfaces to prevent slipping accidents.
